ReplyDeleteThis is truly a shame to the People of Puerto Rico.. We do know how to speak PROPER English and we are proud to be US Citizens since birth. Gov Padilla does not know what they asked him and you can clearly see that he does not have an idea of what to say. Also, if the Senator or anyone asking the response should be clear, concise, and directly to the point. TOTAL DISGRACE!!!!!!!!!
